QUALIFICATIONs:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Manager and have strong knowledge of HRBP.
- Team management experience is a must.
- Having strong written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Data analysis skill and knowledge of HR systems.
- Good at problem solving skill, People oriented, results driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the company and an ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
