The exhibition is held by the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The department plans to hold the exhibition once every two years. In the past 30 years, Vietnamese art has seen many changes. This is the first time Vietnam invited Asian artists to exchange and introduce their paintings and sculptures in Vietnam.

"I hope the exhibition will be the first of many high-quality art activities that are on a global scale in Vietnam," said painter Trinh Tuan.

The exhibition is being held at Vincom Centre for Contemporary Art from November 5 to 25.
