The models will wear clothing from 20 collections created by designers and fashion houses from 12 Asian countries and territories.

Famous Vietnamese designers and fashion houses like Thuan Viet, Ninh Khuong, and Ha Nhat Tien will introduce their latest designs for boys and girls in high-quality materials at affordable prices.

International designers and brands such as Amos Ananda Yeo of Singapore, Wai Yan Aung of Myanmar and Hanboknam of South Korea will also join the event.

“The AKFW was first held in 2017 aiming to bring the kids's fashion industry in Vietnam and Asia to the world. After three years, the event has attracted the highest number of designers from Vietnam and Asia,” said Vietnamese fashion director Nguyen Hung Phuc, the initiator of the AKFW.

“Vietnamese and international designers have spent six months preparing to create new collections for AKFW in HCM City. Children from Pinkids Fashion Club practised for three months to appear at the event.”

Miss Vietnam 2016 Do My Linh and Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H’Hen Niê will perform along the catwalk with children models.

Vietnamese professional models Thanh Hang,

Vo Hoang Yen and Minh Tu will also perform at the event.

The AKFW 2019 will take place at White Palace Convention and Exhibition Centre at 108 Pham Van Dong Street in Thu Duc District.
