The flower street is held in order to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year Festival, known locally as Tet.

The street will feature a traditional Tet space, including Dong Ho folk paintings, Bat Trang ceramic products, and calligraphic works.

The flower street with the areas named Spring Street, Spring Wharf, Spring Garden, Spring Market, Spring Flowers and Spring Field will open for free from 9am - 9pm on February 10-17, 2021. On February 7-10, 2021, the flower street will welcome guests with invitation tickets.
