On November 22 (Vietnam time), Ha, 20, arrived in Puerto Rico after a 40-hour flight, 10 hours longer than usual.

According to Ha, her transit flight in Japan was delayed so she had to sleep at a hotel near the airport to wait for the next flight.

Ha quickly joined other contestants in activities at the contest such as completing the first photo session, joining a party and receiving her room. Ha’s roommate was the contestant from Mongolia.

In her second day in Puerto Rico, Ha participated in the sports, talent, top model, Head-to-Head challenge competitions.

The Vietnamese representative played the T'rung (musical instrument of the ethnic groups in Vietnam’s Central Highlands) in the talent competition. With the Dances of the World contest, she performed a dance in an ancient Vietnamese costume.

Ha left Vietnam on November 20, with 10 suitcases totaling about 200 kg. This was Ha’s first abroad trip.
