The horse race complex to be located in Soc Son District
A USD420 million racetrack complex in Hanoi’s the outlying district of Soc Son is set to open next year.
Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung recently granted an investment license for the project which is jointly invested by South Korea’s Global Consultant Network Co.Ltd and HanoiTourist Corporation.
The project would cover over 125ha in Minh and Phu Linh communes.
Chung hoped the project would be launched soon to generate more jobs, raise local incomes, and strengthen relations with South Korea.
The Hanoi leader has committed all possible support to the project and assigned Soc Son authorities to step up site clearance and assist investors in administrative procedures.
The project is slated for being put into operation next year, with races from October. Dtinews
First horse racing course licensed in Vietnam
Chairman of the Hanoi municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung, empowered by the Prime Minister, presented an investment license to a multifunctional entertainment complex with a horse racing course in Soc Son district yesterday.
