In the 2024 Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A-Level exams, 14 Vinschool students achieved extraordinary success. Eight students earned the prestigious “Top in the World” award, while seven received the “Top in Vietnam” distinction. One student remarkably secured both honors. Global recognition for academic excellence

This year, Vinschool students once again demonstrated exceptional academic ability on the global stage. Seven students received the “Top in Vietnam” award, earning the highest scores nationally in subjects such as Computer Science, Combined Science (IGCSE), Art & Design (AS Level), Business (AS Level), Psychology (AS/A-Level), and Chemistry (A-Level).

Eight students were further distinguished with the “Top in the World” award, attaining the highest global scores in Mathematics and English as a Second Language (Speaking) at the IGCSE level. These outstanding performances earned all 14 students the "Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards" from Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE).

Record-breaking success in 2024 Cambridge Exams

The 2024 Cambridge exam results marked a record year for Vinschool. Six out of seven IGCSE subjects saw increased A*/A rates compared to 2023, and 39.4% of A-Level grades were A*/A, representing a 5.5% year-over-year rise. Nationally, Vinschool led with 1,282 A*/A grades, and 142 students achieved perfect A*/A scores across all subjects, solidifying its position as Vietnam’s leading Cambridge institution.

A launchpad to top universities

Vinschool’s robust academic program empowers 80% of its students to gain direct admission to top universities in Vietnam and abroad before graduation.

More than one-third of 12th-grade students have been accepted into prestigious institutions, including the University of Cambridge, New York University, and Monash University, with nearly 40% earning scholarships ranging from 30% to full tuition.

“The Cambridge program at Vinschool helped me align my studies with my career aspirations,” said alumna Ngo Phuong Ngan. A recipient of the Australian National University Chancellor’s Scholarship, Ngo achieved “Top in Vietnam” honors in Mathematics and Computer Science at the A-Level exams and secured perfect A* scores across all A-Level subjects in 2023.
