In the morning of May 23, Ms. Bui Thi Bich Ha, 22, in the central province of Binh Dinh, was carrying her son on a motorbike on the National Highway 1A.

As her son’s milk can fell onto the road, the woman stopped the vehicle on the sideline, without turning off the engine, to go to pick up the milk can.

The boy still sitting on the vehicle, suddenly turned the throttle grip. The motorbike ran onto the highway. The boy fell onto the road.

At the same time, Mr. Tran Xuan Hung, carrying his 16-year-old niece, ran through. Ms. Ha’s motorbike crashed into Hung’s vehicle, which burst into flame. The vehicle was burnt down completely. However, no one was injured.

The same day, a scooter went on fire while running on National Highway 14D in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province.

The scooter was burnt entirely when police came.
