VietNamNet Bridge – Singer Lee Huyn and his Korean boy-band 2AM are set to perform in front of hundreds of Hanoian fans next month, according to the V-Communications Joint Stock Company who are organising the event.

Lee and the band are said to be committed followers of the "no play back" law, drafted by the Korean Senate a few weeks ago, stipulating that no Korean artist will be allowed to lip-sing during a paid performance. Those found in breach of the law face fines of up to US$100,000 or one year's imprisonment.

2AM, its good looking members all professionally trained singers, were selected as "Best Korean Vocal Group" by a group of professional music composers last year, according to the prestigious Korean newspaper ChosunNews.

The TAL with 2AM show will not only bring the bands famous ballads to Viet Nam, but also one of the world's best "extreme performances" including the TAL (Taekwondo Absolute Legend), also known as The Mask.

The show, sponsored by Vietnam Airlines, the Grand Plaza Ha Noi Hotel and the Tan Hiep Phat Co, was created and directed by Maestro Choi Sori, who became world famous for his special drum music.

The June 10 performance is predicted to be the greatest Korean performance on Vietnamese soil to date.
