The Investigation Agency has seized over VND 224 billion and halted transactions for 205 payment accounts, savings books, and TVSI securities accounts associated with the defendants, related persons, and entities, amounting to more than VND 824 billion.

Additionally, the Investigation Agency has seized and prevented transactions related to shares and capital contributions connected to Truong My Lan and other defendants, with a total converted value exceeding VND 12,313 billion. Specific actions include:

- Seizing 100% of shares in Twin Peaks JSC, assigned by Lan and Van Thinh Phat Group to Vibrant Growth Pte Ltd, Vibrant Growth Three Pte Ltd, and Saigon Helios Joint Stock Company. These assets are mortgaged to secure loans totaling approximately US$ 230 million.

- Seizing 18% of the capital contribution in Vietcombank-Bonday-Ben Thanh Joint Venture Company Limited, valued at over VND 142 billion, assigned to Ho Chi Minh City Service - Trade JSC.

- Seizing 73.04% of shares in Hop Thanh 1 Investment JSC, assigned to Bong Sen JSC.

- Seizing 82% of the capital contribution in FWD Vietnam Insurance Company Limited, valued at around VND 492 billion, assigned to five individuals and two companies.

- Seizing 77.89% of shares in Dong Duoc 5 Pharmaceutical JSC, assigned to Khang An Medical Group JSC and owned by Vu Thi Hong Hanh.

- Seizing 84.82% of the capital contribution in Ngoc Vien Dong Urban Development Investment Company Limited, valued at over VND 4,580 billion, assigned to Ben Nghe Infrastructure Development Company Limited.

- Seizing 13.23% of shares (2,190,305 shares) in Sao Thuy Investment JSC, assigned to two individuals.

- Seizing 100% of shares in Hoan Thuan Phat Investment Trading Service Corporation, assigned to four companies.

- Seizing over 1.4 billion shares in TVSI Securities Company, registered under the names of six individuals, and 25 million shares in TVSI Securities Company, registered under the name of Nguyen Phuong Hong.

Furthermore, the Investigation Agency has seized nine real estate properties linked to Truong My Lan, the defendants, and related individuals.
