The illegally-built beer plant in Ha Tinh

Hanoi-Nghe Tinh beer plant invested by Hoanh Son Company covers 30 hectares at Hong Linh Mountain in Hong Linh Town. 

At present, many kinds of construction materials have been piled up at the site. Some facilities have been completed.

Despite not being licensed, the 50 million litre per year brewery is under construction.

In July this year, the provincial Department of Construction requested the investor to halt the project following violations. However, the firm ignored this.

On October 8, the investor was fined VND40 million (USD1,739) for the illegal construction and was once again ordered to stop.

Within 60 days since October 8, if the company fails to have the construction license, the work will be dismantled.
