Người nước ngoài ở TPHCM có thể mua nhà tại 17 dự án này

Ho Chi Minh City authorities have released a list of 48 residential projects where foreign organizations and individuals are permitted to own homes. According to the city’s People’s Committee, most of these projects are concentrated in two key areas.

The list was announced following recommendations from the Department of Construction and reviews by the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security’s Economic Security Department.

Of the 48 projects, 43 are located in Tan My and Tan Hung wards (former District 7), while the remaining five are in Cat Lai and Binh Trung wards (former Thu Duc City).

Some notable developments include The Prive by Dat Xanh Group, Vista Verde by CapitaLand, the Binh Trung Dong residential project developed by Khang Dien in partnership with CVH Cayman, and The Peak Midtown by Phu My Hung.

Earlier, in July 2025, the city had already announced 17 projects eligible for foreign homeownership and, at the same time, identified four projects where foreign buyers are prohibited. These excluded projects are Hung Vuong 2 - R13 and Hung Vuong 1 - R16 in Tan Hung Ward; Star Hill - Zone C15B in Tan My Ward, all developed by Phu My Hung Development Co., and The Prince Residence in Phu Nhuan District by The Prince Residence JSC.

Similar policies have been applied in other major cities. Da Nang recently announced four commercial housing projects eligible for foreign ownership, while Hanoi listed five high-end apartment projects in Nam Tu Liem and Thanh Xuan districts, with prices ranging from 60 to 100 million VND per square meter (about $2,350 to $3,900).
