These deputies come from various ethnic groups including San Diu, Tay, Thai, H’Mong, Khmer, Muong, Nung, Dao, E De, Gia Rai, Ba Na, Cham, Xo Dang, Hre, Co Tu, Si La, Brau and O Du.

Among them is one Politburo member, Do Van Chien, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly. Other deputies who are members of the Party Central Committee include Lam Van Man, Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Ha Thi Nga, Hoang Van Nghiem and Hoang Duy Chinh.

In terms of age structure, the oldest ethnic minority deputy is Be Xuan Truong (born 1957), Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Association. The youngest is Lo Thi Bao Vy (born 2002), a teacher at Quynh Lap A Primary School in Tan Mai ward, Nghe An. This reflects continuity across generations, from experienced officials to younger representatives.

Regarding professional qualifications, most deputies hold university degrees or higher. Many have master’s or doctoral degrees and currently occupy key leadership roles at both central and local levels, within Party agencies, the National Assembly, the Fatherland Front, the armed forces, as well as sectors such as education, healthcare, culture and society.
