VietNamNet Bridge – After drinking around 4l of rice wine, three old women in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai fell into sleep. The next morning, one was found dead while two others swooned.

Doctor Dinh Viet Buu, director of Krong Pa District Clinic in Gia Lai province, said on May 31 that a local woman, Kpă H’Nhok, 80, died after drinking too much alcohol together with her two friends. The two others were being treated at the clinic. They overcame critical condition and were recovering.

At 2pm on May 28, after finalizing her farm work, Kpă H’Nhok bought alcohol, beer and some food to drink with her hired workers and friends.

Some of them drank beer while Kpă H’Nhok and two other women, Rơ Chăm H’Vao and Ra Lan H’Rok, drank alcohol. They took 4 liters of alcohol. After the party, they felt into sleep.

In the morning of May 29, neighbors detected that Kpă H’Nhok was dead and the two others swooned.
