The Fablab Saigon facility was launched in late 2014 by Phan Hoang Anh, who studied at Télécom ParisTech, one of France’s leading graduate engineering schools, Duong Hoang Quynh Huong, who did a Master’s degree in integrated circuits (IC) at Lille University of Science and Technology in France, and friends.
