The AI revolution is opening up entirely new ways to make money, with AI agents leading the trend. Beyond mere generative AI tools, AI agents operate as an autonomous “workforce” capable of executing complex tasks from start to finish with a single command.

It can help businesses and individuals optimize costs, accelerate production, and even “close orders” while shop owners sleep, speakers at the recent AI4VN 2025 event said.

Saving thousands of dollars on a market report

In competitive business fields like real estate and securities, the first to grasp information wins. AI agents are the ultimate weapon for gaining this advantage.

Cao Vuong, founder of AIVA, said that while businesses previously spent tens of thousands of dollars on in-depth market reports, now they only need to issue a command to AI.

For example, when typing ‘nghien cuu thi truong rau sach bang cong nghe thuy canh’ (survey the hydroponic vegetable market), AI will automatically aggregate tens of thousands of global data points, analyze and create charts, and produce a detailed PDF report in minutes.

This capability allows businesses to quickly assess market potential and make accurate business decisions.

AI agents can also act as a personal investment assistant. For instance, every day at 8 am, an AI assistant automatically scans news from reputable sources, analyzes it, and provides recommendations on potential real estate or stock investments.

“Instead of spending hours reading news, you’ll be the first to seize opportunities, turning information into profit quickly,” Cao Vuong said.

Automated content creation and brand building

Bringing products to online platforms like TikTok, YouTube and Facebook often faces the hurdle of lacking ideas. But AI agents can resolve this issue by fully automating the content marketing process.

By inputting a topic like “marketing tips for coffee shops,” the AI agent can generate content for a month’s use, from short video scripts for TikTok to in-depth posts for Facebook.

After creating content, the Agent automatically schedules and posts at designated times, maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms with minimal effort.

Outsourcing creative services like website design or promotional video production is often costly. AI agents empower anyone to perform these tasks themselves at near-zero cost.

According to Vuong, instead of spending a month working with a design team and paying VND30-40 million, one can command AI Agent to do this, such as “create a website about photography services,” and a complete website will be ready in minutes. He can quickly create dozens of sales pages for various products or services.

AI agents also mass-produce promotional videos. AIVA’s founder noted that a TV commercial previously cost hundreds of millions of VND and took days to produce. But with AI agents, 20-30 high-quality videos can be created in half an hour. The agent writes scripts, generates prompts, arranges characters and scenes, and produces a complete video, speeding up production and maximizing cost savings.

24/7 “order-closing machine”

Vuong said a challenge for businesses is taking care for customers after regular working hours. Customers often shop after 8 pm, when staff are off. If no one responds to inquiries, customers turn to competitors. This is the flaw causing 99 percent of business owners to lose money.

In this case, the solution is an AI chatbot. It acts as a tireless customer service representative, consulting, answering questions, and closing orders even when shop owners are out or asleep.

This chatbot can confirm orders and automatically save customer data into a CRM system, ensuring no potential customer is missed.

“With the latest AI generation, complex processes are simplified. You only need to “type” your request, and AI agents coordinate the necessary tools to deliver results, from writing blogs and creating slides to designing infographics, all in 5-10 minutes.”

In Vietnam, businesses are heavily adopting AI agents. According to Le Hong Viet, CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, the company has deployed over 1,500 AI agents for clients, helping automate 46 percent of customer service workloads, increasing telesales revenue by 20 percent, and processing over 400 million sets of documents annually with over 95 percent accuracy.

In human resources, AI assistants help 20,000 employees learn, improving knowledge quality by 15 percent and saving 80 percent of training resources.
