VietNamNet Bridge - David Cook and Alexandra Burke, the winners of the American Idol and X-Factor (Britain), arrived in Vietnam on June 14, to sing in the H-Artistry concert in Hanoi on June 15.

Burke arrived at the Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport at 10 am, June 14.





Burke was very surprised to see the warm welcome of Vietnamese fans.












“Oh my God…,” she repeated several times.





Fans shouted “We love you Alex, Alex”.





The British singer receives flowers from the organizing board of H-Artistry.





She shakes hands with fans and smiles with them.






She waves her hands to fans before getting on a car to go to the hotel.











“She asked me, ‘Will you come to the show?’. Alex is very friendly,” said Thuy Linh,
a student from the Hanoi Economics University.

After a 30-hour flight from the US, David Cook looks very tired, but he still smiles
and receives gifts from Vietnamese fans.





He arrived at Noi Bai Airport at 10.40 pm. Though it rained, many fans
were at the airport to welcome their idol. They raise posters
of H-Artistry show and boards with David Cook’s name and the names of his famous songs.






He receives his portrait sketched by pencil from a fan.





The singer stays at Sofitel Metropole Hanoi Hotel.





Cook, Burke and Vietnamese Australian singer Thanh Bui will perform in the H-Artistry
show at the Quan Ngua Sport Palace on June 16.
