This is an organic farming model aimed at supplying safe and healthy products for consumers and protecting the environment.

Truong Kim Hoa, director of the company, said: “Many companies and producers use chemical fertilizers that are harmful to the environment and future generations.

Hoa Vien’s model is based on organic agriculture to provide fresh and healthy food for consumers.”

The farm bans the use of chemical substances in all the production stages and of genetically modified organisms.

There are 100 workers at Hoa Vien Farm with average income of VND5 million to VND6 million per month.

Workers look for worms and remove weeds in a cabbage growing area in Hoa Vien Farm.
