Almost 100 ancient bronze drums, dating back to around 2,000 -2500 years ago, have been showcased at the Museum of Thanh Hoa province to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Ham Rong Victory, as well as mark the 40th anniversary of the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification.



 

 

 

 

Cam Giang bronze drum: a national treasure, discovered in 1992,Thanh Hoa province.

 

 

 

 

 

The drum’s round surface (73 centimeters diameter) is filled with a 16-point stars, with nine concentric circular bird patterns.

Quang Phu bronze drum.

 

 

 

Vinh Hung bronze drum is one of the oldest drums discovered in Thanh Hoa.
