1. MacBook Pro M5 and MacBook Air M5

Apple is finalizing testing of its MacBook Pro with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, offering significant performance boosts and enhanced customization. A launch is likely in early 2026. Shortly after, a MacBook Air M5 will debut - lighter, more energy-efficient, but still powerful thanks to the new chipset.

2. AirTag 2

Long delayed, the AirTag 2 is expected to arrive with a U2 chip for more precise location tracking and better integration with Apple’s Find My network.

3. Apple TV 4K & HomePod mini 2

Apple is working on a new Apple TV 4K with a more powerful chip and increased RAM - possibly the first to support Apple Intelligence on tvOS.

The HomePod mini 2 is also expected to get enhanced audio quality and faster processing, improving smart home synchronization.

4. New iPads and External Displays

Alongside the premium iPad Pro, Apple will introduce a more affordable iPad with a stronger chip capable of running Apple Intelligence.

The iPad Air M4 is also set for release, emphasizing performance upgrades.

Additionally, Apple is preparing two new external displays:

·        An upgraded Studio Display

·        A 27-inch 5K miniLED screen, designed for creative professionals.

5. iPhone 17e

Set to launch in 2026, the iPhone 17e is the successor to the iPhone 16e. It will feature an A19 chip and the new C1X 5G modem, offering significant improvements in speed and connectivity. While the design remains largely unchanged, performance will take a leap forward.

Gurman notes that Apple’s broader strategy is to expand Apple Intelligence - its AI-powered feature suite - across the entire product ecosystem. From MacBooks to iPads, iPhones, and smart home devices, AI will be the "beating heart" of future Apple hardware.
