The organizing board of the game between the national football team of Vietnam and Arsenal FC promised to sell nearly 1,000 tickets to the football fan of Arsenal in Vietnam. This figure is very modest compared to the huge demand of over 46,000 members.

Seeing the huge demand of the fans for tickets, some people assumed the name of the Arsenal FC in Vietnam suggested to fans to transfer money online to get the tickets. Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Chairman of Arsenal FC in Vietnam, said there were a lot of people that had called or chatted with him to ask about this and found out that they had been fooled.

Immediately, the Arsenal FC in Vietnam published warnings on its website about this situation.

Cuong said the process of buying and delivering tickets to the members will be implemented strictly and will be made public on the FC’s website. The selection of lucky members will be based on their contribution to the FC.

In addition to nearly 1,000 for the friendly game, the Arsenal FC in Vietnam also distributed 5,000 tickets to the Arsenal's training and its exchange with the national team at the My Dinh stadium on July 16. In addition, 200 fans will be selected to welcome Arsenal at the Noi Bai International Airport and some key members will be present at the meeting with Arsenal FC on July 15.
