VietNamNet Bridge - Former Arsenal F.C winger Freddie Ljungberg arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on June 3 as the club’s global ambassador.

During his visit to Vietnam he is scheduled to hold a press conference at the Rex Hotel before meeting with junior footballers at the Arsenal training centre in Q.1 District on June 4.

He will then travel to Indonesia and Japan to promote Arsenal’s Asian tour in July.

From 1998-2007 Ljungberg played more than 200 matches for the Gunners and was among key players, including strikers Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp, defenders Sol Campell and Tony Adam and goalkeeper David Seaman in coach Arsene Wenger’s first years at the club.

He won two English Premier League titles, three FA Cups and two Community Shield titles.
