Atlas supporting Vietnam’s sovereignty presented to interior ministry
The Ministry of Information and Communications on October 19 handed over to the Ministry of Home Affairs the 1827 World Atlas Bruxelles, which is highly appreciated for high scientific and legal value in proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa.
Sovereignty cannot be occupied by force
"Sovereignty must be peacefully established and exercised by the State, without dispute, absolutely not sovereignty seized by force," said Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc.
