Authorities noted that all starting prices exclude value-added tax, registration costs and potential repair expenses, which must be covered by the successful bidder.
The vehicles will be auctioned online through the Ho Chi Minh City auction platform.
Interested buyers can inspect the vehicles and related legal documents during working hours from May 13 to May 15 at storage locations in former Districts 1, 3 and 4.
Applications for participation are being accepted until 5 p.m. on May 19.
Participants are required to deposit 20% of each vehicle’s starting price in advance.
The deposit for the Maybach exceeds VND1.4 billion ($54,000), while the BMW and Lexus require deposits of more than VND193 million and VND153 million respectively.

Authorities said bidders are responsible for independently reviewing the legal status, physical condition and potential risks associated with each vehicle.
By submitting an application and deposit, participants are considered to have fully accepted the vehicles’ existing conditions and legal documentation.
