Government vehicles appeared in front of the house of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan, CEO of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai, on Tran Quoc Thao Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of July 19, the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Ho Chi Minh City Police, conducted a search at the private residence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan, General Director of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Company, located on Tran Quoc Thao Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

Green-plated vehicles (of government agencies) and dozens of police officers were seen outside the residence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan. The area around her family villa was cordoned off by authorities while police officers and officials from the Supreme People's Procuracy carried out their work inside.

This search is part of the ongoing investigation into violations at the Vietnam Rubber Group, Ba Ria Rubber Company, Dong Nai Rubber Company, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and other related organizations. Specifically, it involves violations at the project site at 39-39B Ben Van Don, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

To date, at least 16 people have been prosecuted for various offenses related to the case, which caused a particularly large loss of assets by converting public property into private land.

Among them are three former leaders of the Vietnam Rubber Group and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong (former Deputy Head of the Steering Committee 9, former Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee).
