VietNamNet Bridge – A boy of around two or three years old was allowed to hold the steering wheel to drive a cab on Dien Bien Phu – Tran Phu roads, Hanoi.

This video clip was shot on the morning of March 12. The cab in the video belongs to Basao Taxi.

After the video was posted on the Internet, the online community was very angry because the driver spoiled the child and caused danger to passers-by.

Basao Taxi said that they had been notified of the case and they would punish the driver.
