After four exciting and emotionally charged days of spirited competition, the seventh edition of the tournament concluded with Becamex HCMC emerging as the deserving champions among 12 teams from Vietnam, Japan, and Singapore.

In an interesting twist, the final match on December 21 mirrored the opening game of the tournament - once again pitting Becamex HCMC against Kawasaki Frontale Todoroki. The outcome remained the same: a Vietnamese victory, though this time with a narrower margin of 2-1 compared to the earlier 3-2 win.
This result marks the fourth time Becamex Ho Chi Minh City has won the international tournament, with previous titles in 2019, 2020, and 2024. The team also successfully defended their title from last year.
A dominant showing with individual brilliance
Beyond the team title, Becamex HCMC players earned top individual accolades. Goalkeeper Nguyen Van Quan was named Best Goalkeeper of the tournament, while Vu Ngoc Duy claimed the Golden Boot with an impressive 13 goals.
The award for Best Player went to Isora Aiba of runner-up team Kawasaki Frontale Todoroki, recognizing his standout performance throughout the tournament.

Compared to previous editions, the 2025 Vietnam–Japan U13 International Tournament expanded in scale by including a team from Singapore, enriching the diversity and reach of the competition.
Later on December 21, spectators at the stadium were treated to an exhibition match between the Vietnam All-Star U13 team and a combined All-Star U13 team from Japan and Singapore. The match ended with a narrow 1-0 win for the international squad.
Organizers expressed hope that the annual tournament will continue to serve as a meaningful platform for young athletes to pursue their football dreams, discover emerging talents, and foster friendship and diplomatic ties among participating nations.
