Emile Chaillot, an accomplished bartender from Paris, will conduct sessions demonstrating the finest of bar techniques on how to design and mix cocktails on May 5 in HCM City.

Born in Paris, Emile Chaillot began his carrier by collaborating with the most well-known venues in Paris.

In 2002, ‘L’Etoile’ one of the most prestigious bar restaurants recruited him, where he performed as head-bartender, redesigned cocktails and trained new staff.

Two years later, he operated as head-Bartender at the ‘Poona Lounge’ where he designed the bar’s first creative cocktail list, drink menu and managed the bar.

He also served a three month stint at ‘L’Aventure’ to upgrade their standards and invented creative new cocktails.

All told Emile Chaillot has had ten years of working experience at famous bars in big cities such as Paris, New York, Sydney and Hong Kong.
