Le Quoc Anh, the husband of the woman who was in the motel with Vuong, confirmed that the police had worked with him, the witnesses and the cameraman to clarify the content of the clip.

At the same time, the police verified the source of support tools such as a handcuff and an electric whip that Quoc Anh used in the clip.

This infamous incident was "triggered" after three short clips appeared on YouTube on May 3. The clip filmed Quoc, (born 1969, in the city of Quy Nhon) "caught in the act" Vuong and his wife in a room of a motel in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh on March 23.

According to Quoc, Vuong had an adulterous relationship with his wife for a long time. Quoc had given him warnings many times but he did not stop. In the afternoon of March 23, Quoc and two others broke into the room No. 207 room of a motel in Quy Nhon City to catch in the act his wife and Vuong.

He also confirmed that he had hired a cameraman to shoot the clips as evidence but he denied releasing the clips on the internet.

Soon after the incident, Quoc filed petitions to relevant agencies, accusing Vuong to have illicit relations with his wife.

However, Vuong denied the accusation, saying that he did not know Mrs. H. This official also sent applications to the authorities to request clarification Quoc’s “libelous accusations and humiliation.”

Mrs. H., the woman in the clip, also insisted that she did not know Vuong. She said Quoc probably shot the clip with the aim of forcing her to divorce because the couple had separated for two years.

She also sent a complaint to the police to ask for clarifying the incident.
