After a long time of keeping watch on this man, Phu Giao District’s police suddenly checked the house of Soi’s mother in Phuoc Vinh town, Binh Duong, and found a large number of weapons here.
Specifically, in the bedroom, the police detected a lot of bullets, some guns and some parts of guns. Major Huynh Van Thanh, vice chief police officer of Phu Giao, said the police seized at least five guns and 40 kg of ammunition of all types.
The police determined that the collection of weapons is owned by Soi.
Soi was granted a license to use a shotgun but the license was expired in 1993.
At the time of the inspection, Soi could not explain why he had such a large number of weapons at his mother’s home.
