VietNamNet Bridge – Ha Noi Metropole chef Do Chi Cong won first prize at the first Bocuse d'Or food contest held in Nha Trang city on Monday.
The contest drew the participation of 12 top Vietnamese chefs from hotels and resorts across the country.
Cong will represent Viet Nam at the Bocuse d'Or Asia contest to be held in Shanghai, China, next year.
First organised in 1987 by renowned French chef Paul Bocuse, the contest, considered as one of the most well known in the world, takes place every two years in order to select and honour top chefs.
