Border petrol stations will be required to invoice their customers to include full names, addresses and details regarding payments.
Station operating hours will be set from 6am to 6pm every day, to be adjusted from province to province.
Road vehicles will be allowed to purchase 50 litres of petrol per day while waterway vehicles will be allowed 100 litres.
While provincial people's committees will be allowed to adjust operating hours and sales volumes, adjustments will not be allowed to exceed 20 per cent as compared to new regulations. Any changes will also need to be approved by the Ministry of Trade and Industry before application.
