U.S. federal authorities on Thursday indicted two Kazakh students for aiding and abetting the Boston Marathon bombing suspect whom they befriended, the next step in bring them to trial.

"I want to send it as a gift to friends in Vietnam who are far from halfway around the world. I understand that you had big losses in war with millions of dead people, and you are the spirit of this work," Ambassador Swanee Hunt says.

In the interview given to VietNamNet, Professor Michael Stanley Dukakissaid he hopes many Vietnamese businessmen would realize that Boston is their second homeland.
