The buses run from February 16 until March 15.

Six buses are departing every day from Gia Lâm Station to Đục Khê Coach Station in Mỹ Đức District with another six buses running from No 1 Kim Mã Street to Đục Khê Station.

Each bus has 60 seats and runs every 30 to 60 minutes from 4am. Tickets cost VNĐ9,000 (US$0.4).

Transerco has increased the number of buses running on route 103A from Mỹ Đình Coach Station to Hương Sơn and route 103B from Mỹ Đình Station to Hồng Quang, Ứng Hòa to 90 trips per day on each route.

Located about 60km from Hanoi’s downtown, Hương Pagoda is one of the most famous cultural and spiritual tourism destinations in the north.

The pagoda’s festival, the biggest and longest annual festival in Vietnam, lasts three months from the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (which fell on February 10 this year) until the lunar month of March.

Every year it welcomes a large number of pilgrims and tourists.

On the morning of the first festival day this year (February 10), more than 50,000 visitors flocked to the holy site. The festival is expected to welcome 1.5 million people this year.
