VietNamNet Bridge – ‘Ca Mau’s water land’ by Ly Cao Tan, Le Cong Uan and Pham Thai Hoang is opening at HCMC Association of Fine Arts, displaying works on landscapes and people of the Mekong Delta Province of Ca Mau.

Pieces mainly are oil on canvas, acrylic and pastel, from realism to impressionism and abstract. However, each artist will bring to visitors their own distinguished emotions. Tan’s a graphics expert and thus his works are striking with bold lines, dots and sharp moves and clear color layers.

Meanwhile, Uan attracts people with his familiar images of daily life activities and people of the water land. Works to be admired are ‘Mimosa and you,’ ‘Untitled,’ and ‘Exhausted soil.’ Hoang expresses his love for his hometown with bright colors and animated lines, depicting the strong breath of life in the delta with alluvium rivers, endless green forest and busy towns.

The show runs until March 12 at the association, 218A Pasteur Street in District 3.
