Forty-eight out of 63 provinces and cities have joined the national cancer prevention network since the target programme on health and population began three years ago, the Ministry of Health announced at a conference on Thursday.

 The Ministry of Health has taken water samples at ten villages for a re-test after the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment reported high cancer rates because of polluted water sources.
