Cao Quoc Thang, a model born in 2003, made a striking appearance in the traditional 'Senh Tien Vo Khuc' attire at the prestigious Mister Global 2024 competition.
Before the final night scheduled for October 6th in Thailand, Thang revealed his impressive national costume, designed to promote Vietnamese culture on a global platform.
The attire named 'Senh Tien Vo Khuc' was created by young designer Tran Hoai Thuan, who drew inspiration from the Senh Tien, a traditional musical instrument.
Thuan’s design integrates this cultural element with modern fashion sensibilities to create a powerful representation of Vietnamese heritage.
The outfit not only highlights traditional jewelry craftsmanship but also incorporates Vietnamese gemstones, presenting a fusion of artistry and martial prowess, embodying the vibrant spirit of the H’Mong people.
Cao Quoc Thang expressed satisfaction with the ensemble, praising its role in broadcasting Vietnam's cultural beauty at one of the world's top male beauty contests.
This year's Mister Global competition, one of the five largest male beauty pageants globally, takes place in Thailand from September 24 to October 6.
Standing 1.93 meters tall, Thang's striking physique complements his outfit perfectly, showcasing his masculine beauty and dynamic presence. He is currently a senior at Huflit University in Ho Chi Minh City, studying International Business and working as a freelance model.
Earlier this year, Thang served as an ASEAN Model Ambassador at the first ASEAN International Fashion Week in Singapore and has been invited to appear at the upcoming Taiwan Fashion Week 2024 in Taichung.
Through his participation in Mister Global 2024, Thang aims to highlight the aesthetic, moral, and intellectual qualities of Vietnamese men to an international audience. His dedication serves as an inspiration for young individuals who dare to dream and challenge themselves.
