According to the committee, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhuong, former Provincial Commissioner, former Party Secretary of Que Vo district (Bac Ninh Province), in 2003 – 2010, as Deputy Party Secretary of Que Vo, Nhuong seriously violated the rules on land management, the regulations on personnel organization and financial management. The committee asked the Secretariat to punish Nhuong under its authority.

Mr. Dao Tan Nguyen, Provincial Commissioner of Phu Yen province, Director of the Social Policy Bank of Phu Yen, was defined to break the rules on recruitment and appointment of personnel as well as the principle of democratic centralism. The Central Inspection Committee proposed the Central Secretariat to dismiss Nguyen from the Phu Yen Party Committee.

The Central Inspection Committee reprimanded some officials of Dien Bien Phu City for violating the regulations on land management, including Mr. Nguyen Huy Du, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of Dien Bien Phu City; Mr. Nguyen Duc Duyen, member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Phu City; Mr. Nguyen Quang Sang, deputy director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Dien Bien Province, former Chairman of Dien Bien Phu City.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, Provincial Commissioner, Director of the Information and Communications Department, former Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of Tra Vinh City was defined to lack responsibility leading to violations of the local project management unit. The Central Inspection Committee decided to reprimand Tam.

According to the Committee, Mr. Ha Hung Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, the Minister of Justice violated the regulations on staff organization by promoting an officer of the law enforcement agency of Binh Thuan province at the request of the Civil Law Enforcement Agency.

The Central Inspection Committee asked Mr. Ha Hung Cuong to learn from experience and the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice to clarify the case and to coordinate with competent agencies to dismiss the official who was improperly appointed.

The Central Inspection Committee requested the Party Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Province to review the violations of Mr. Huynh Tan Thanh, former Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of Binh Thuan Province and Mr. Vo Duy Quang, Provincial Commissioner, Head of the People's Procuracy of Binh Thuan, former director of the law enforcement department for their involvement in the above case.

Chairman of Soc Trang Province – Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu – was said to break the working rule of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee when he approved the construction of a tourist center near the Doi (Bat) pagoda. Hieu and the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee were requested to seriously review the mistakes.

The tourism project near the Bat pagoda, a national relic, has been canceled.
