This is part of the program of the National Tourism Year in the central coastal region in 2012, hosted by Thua Thien – Hue province.
The most special cuisines of Hue, Quang Tri, Danang, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An in the central region, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong in the north and HCM City in the south are offered at the festival.
Visitors can also taste cuisines of the Nguyen royal family on boats.
The festival will close on July 1.
Thousand visitors come to the festival in the opening day.
