The Cat Linh-Ha Dong railway project will start on a 20-day trial run in December.

The Railway Project Management Board of the Ministry of Transport said the Deputy General Director of China’s Railway Bureau 6 arrived in Hanoi on November 20. During the isolation period as prescribed, the official will still direct and administer the Cat Linh-Ha Dong railway project.

French consultants also arrived in Hanoi several days ago and are now under quarantine. They are important personnel who are directly involved in the safety inspection of this project.

So far, most of the important foreign experts are now in Vietnam. In the coming days, the remaining French consultants and Chinese experts will continue to come to Vietnam.
