Of the figure, the number of Chinese tourists hit a record of more than 599,000, a rise of over 162%, trailed by Russian visitors with a number of more than 179,000, an increase of over 106% against the same period last year.

The provincial Department of Tourism is coordinating with Khanh Hoa University to hold a Chinese language course for 35 civil servants from relevant agencies in the province.
