On October 13, 2025, during the “National Strategic Technology Products” exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, which celebrated the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (2025–2030 term), CMC made a powerful statement with its C-OpenAI open ecosystem.
The showcase reaffirmed CMC’s pioneering role in supporting the City’s vision to become a leading regional hub for science, technology, and innovation, fully integrated into the global knowledge economy.
As one of Vietnam’s foremost technology corporations with more than 32 years of development, CMC is a trusted strategic partner of numerous government agencies, banks, and businesses both in Vietnam and abroad.

At the exhibition, CMC introduced its portfolio of strategic technology solutions aligned with two national missions: C-OpenAI - Vietnam’s open artificial intelligence platform, and CMC Cloud - the national cloud infrastructure.
These initiatives highlight CMC’s commitment to supporting Ho Chi Minh City’s government and business community in their comprehensive digital transformation journey.
The C-OpenAI open ecosystem includes 25 core technologies developed in Vietnam by CMC and is already being applied across vital sectors such as finance, education, healthcare, and public administration.
CMC’s technologies address critical challenges in developing a Digital Government, Digital Society, and Digital Economy.
Among the solutions on display, delegates showed strong interest in CLS, C-AIOffice, and C-Energy.
CLS is an AI-powered legal assistant developed by the CMC Applied Technology Institute (CMC ATI).
It automatically detects conflicts and overlaps in legal documents.

Equipped with an AI chatbot and a legal database approved by the Ministry of Justice for official deployment since 2024, CLS has become a crucial tool supporting ministries and agencies in reviewing, amending, and issuing legal documents efficiently.
C-AIOffice enables government bodies and enterprises to quickly establish AI-powered smart offices, boosting management capacity, productivity, and operational efficiency.
The solution is already deployed across several ministries, businesses, and banks.
C-Energy is a newly launched green energy charging station solution, integrating intelligent energy management by CMC Technology & Solution (CMC TS) with OEM partnerships for hardware production.
It addresses the city's green energy and EV charging infrastructure needs.
Each modular C-Energy station delivers 30kW per module and uses CCS2 European-standard connectors, compatible with most electric vehicle models in Vietnam.
The system has been installed at the Thai Son Driving School under the Ministry of National Defense, with the next deployment planned at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
“We believe that a smart, green, and sustainable Ho Chi Minh City will be built on the power of technology and people. C-AIOffice and C-Energy are CMC TS’s concrete steps toward realizing that vision - contributing to making the City a symbol of Vietnam’s digital transformation,” said Pham Ngoc Bac, Executive Vice President and CEO of CMC TS.

At its exhibition booth, CMC also introduced CMC AIBOX and CMC AIVISION - edge AI technologies that enable data processing directly on devices, reducing latency and enhancing data security.
Additionally, CMC presented its upcoming Hyperscale Data Center in Saigon Hi-Tech Park - a US$250 million project set to become the “AI Heart” of Ho Chi Minh City.
Ho Chi Minh City has set an ambitious goal for its digital economy to contribute 30–40% of its Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) by 2030, transforming itself into a regional innovation hub and a model smart city in Southeast Asia.
Aligned with this vision, CMC is playing the role of a “bridge for digital and AI transformation” between Vietnam and the world, contributing to the development of a digital–green–circular economy driven by science, technology, and innovation.

CMC designs its solutions around the principles of “Green – Open – Secure”, helping organizations and enterprises reduce carbon emissions through energy-efficient AI and cloud infrastructure, improve operational efficiency through smart automation, and enhance data security while preserving national digital sovereignty.
The company is also expanding cooperation with global technology firms and leading universities in Ho Chi Minh City to train high-quality digital talent, building a robust workforce in AI, data, and cloud computing that aligns with the City’s long-term development goals.

CMC’s presence at the exhibition not only highlighted its technological capabilities but also reaffirmed its pioneering role in helping realize the Party and Government’s national objectives in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
“CMC is proud to accompany Ho Chi Minh City on its journey to become a regional center for science, technology, and innovation. With our C-OpenAI open ecosystem and comprehensive digital transformation solutions, CMC will contribute significantly to building a green, sustainable, and prosperous knowledge economy,” said Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of CMC Corporation.
Looking ahead, CMC will continue investing in digital infrastructure, data centers, open AI platforms, and public–private partnerships.
Through these efforts, the company aims to support Ho Chi Minh City in becoming a regional AI hub and help shape the image of a modern, innovative, and globally connected Vietnam - a country that masters technology and leads the digital era.
