VietNamNet Bridge – Spanish head coach of the national futsal squad Bruno Formoso has convened 20 players, half of them are young players in preparation for the Futsal Grand Prix 2014 in Brazil on November 11-16.

"After tournaments, I see that the biggest issue of Viet Nam futsal is lack of international competition experience. The team haven't had chances to compete with strong rivals regularly so they develop hardly their skills," said Bruno.

"So the upcoming event is a good chance for Viet Nam team. I will take full advantage of this tourney to test young players," Bruno added.

The six teams will compete for the championship of the ninth edition. They are divided into two groups. Viet Nam are in Group A alongside the hosts Brazil and Colombia. Group B consists of Iran, Guatemala and Costa Rica. The top two in each group will advance to the semi-finals.
