Ho Nguyen Trung Street in the central city of Danang has attracted many visitors with its colourful paintings in recent days.

Ho Nguyen Trung Street in Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau Disrtict, Danang City has received a fresh coat of paint with new murals prettifying the walls since September 2.

The murals are being painted as part of an art project themed “Brighten up your life” which is jointly organised by the youth union of Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, the Hoan My Danang Hospital and Danang City Architecture University.

Over 12 days, 7 artists and local youths painted 30 murals on Ho Nguyen Trung Street.

Each mural is 2.5 meters long and 2.2 meters wide.

Each mural has a different theme, depicting the country’s natural beauty and raising people’s awareness of the importance of environmental protection.

This is the second such art project in Danang City, the first street murals were painted in alley No. 75 on Nguyen Van Linh Street in Hai Chau District.
