Visitors to Hanoi's book area on 19/12 Street will have chance to participate in a comic festival that will take place on the street this weekend.

The comic festival 2018 will be held on Hanoi's book street this weekend.

A variety of exciting activities will be held within the framework of the event, such as comic book collections for exchange and sale, cosplaying as renowned comic characters like detective Conan, Doraemon and Inu Yasha, as well as balloons in the shapes of popular comic characters.

Participants can also experience Virtual Reality technology which will be integrated with various activities like games or 3D drawing.

The Comic festival 2018 is a highlight of a series of activities dedicated to children, to be held on Hanoi's book street this July. 

Other activities will also be organizsd, including a children’s book introduction set to take place on July 9-10 and a singing festival which will take place on July 25-27. — VNS
