VietNamNet Bridge – Wafaa Fardani, a young French painter, has opened her exhibition at a small restaurant in Hanoi. Fardani has lived in Vietnam for five years and the exhibition shows her interesting angles about Vietnam.

Fardani said that she chose Ete Bar, 95 Giang Van Minh Street, Hanoi, to display her artworks because her paintings would be livelier when they are exhibited in a living space.

Fardani has lived in Vietnam for five years. This time she introduces paintings that took her one year to finish, paintings that she drew during her five months leaving Hanoi to London and those that were created in her 1.5 months in Saigon.

The painter said that each painting connects to a story.

The exhibition will last until September 6.
