Witnesses said the victim, around 20, was crashed into by a bus when he
just climbed over the fence.
On February 17, two students of the
Central Art Teacher Training University in Ha Dong district collided
into a motorcycle when they were crossing the road. They fell onto the
ground. One of them was hit by a bus and died immediately.
The Hanoi Department of Transport raised iron fences of nearly 2m high to prevent walkers from rashly crossing the road.
