Pop singer Anh Tuyet and artists and dancers from HCM City and Da Nang will participate in a 150-minute night performance at Han River Port on Bach Dang Street.
It will feature songs about the nostalgia felt by overseas Vietnamese about their country and the day they return to their homeland with love and happiness after living away from home for a long time.
Several programmes are scheduled to be held in the city from March 18 to 29.
A photo exhibition about Da Nang and its people will be on display at the city library in Bach Dang Street from March 18 to 25.
A fish-worshipping festival, tuong classic drama, local folk performances, traditional boat race and coracle-waving will be held at Tho Quang fishing village in Son Tra peninsula from March 23 to 25.
A one-night street music performance will take place on an outdoor stage in Bach Dang Street, near Han Market, on March 25.
A woodwind recital will be held in the park on west Rong (Dragon) Bridge, accompanied by clarinet and trumpet players on March 27.
An exhibition of the best photos of Clipper World Yacht Race 2015-16, and a cultural introduction of the Co Tu ethnic group living in Da Nang will be held at the city’s museum from March 25 to 29.
