The deputy minister asked the Performing Art Agency to consider granting practice licenses to performers.
In fact, practice cards were firstly issued in 1998-1999. However, it was seen as a ‘sub-license’ by experts who were in charge of checking the Enterprise Law. They asked the government to abrogate this kind of card.
After that, the Performing Art Agency has several proposed to resume this card.
