These include the first Vietnam-ASEAN UNESCO Heritage Festival; the 120th anniversary of Da Lat City; the fifth Da Lat Flower Festival; and Central Highlands-Da Lat National Tourism Year 2014.

During these events, the main activities that will take place will be an International UNESCO Conference on Southeast Asian heritage, and display of cultural heritage items of Vietnam-ASEAN.

In related news, the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province has approved plans to hold the Ethnic Cultural Festival of Raglai from August 28-31 in Bac Ai District in Ninh Thuan Province.

The festival will attract more than 500 artists and actors from four provinces of Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong.

The main activities during the festival include performing arts, display of traditional costumes of Raglai ethnic group and a cultural exhibition.
